--Conditions of Reserves
-To confirm a reservation it can be vía fax, email to our Sales Department, indicating name(s) of the passenger(s), date of arrival and number of rooms. Additionally, it must be sent a Credit Card Number to guarantee the reservation(s).

Tax Refund
Apply for all non residents visitors when paying in US$ Dollars and carrying its updated passport. This is the 19% IVA of local tax for lodging, including foods and drinks. This do not apply for a Day Tour visits.

For lodging, or visits for the day, with less than 72 hours, it do not apply a refund

--Payment Procedure
The payment for the services requested will have to be payed in its total 30 days prior the passengers´s arrival.
